Booking & Payment:
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, it is non-refundable. Please double-check your booking details before finalising your reservation. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the event. Last-minute cancellations or reschedules are not guaranteed and may forfeit payment.
Photography & Video:
Photography and video recording of live performances are strictly prohibited to protect the privacy and comfort of our performers and guests. Group photos are allowed only when all parties involved are aware and consent to being photographed. Our performers may take photos during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be included in any promotional content.
Respect & Behaviour:
Our performers are professionals who expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. All guests must respect the personal boundaries of the performers and each other. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or disrespect will result in immediate termination of the performance without refund.
Health & Safety:
Guests should ensure a safe environment for the performance, including clear and accessible space for the entertainer. We are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from unsafe conditions or guest behaviour.
Age Restrictions:
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to refuse service if this requirement is not met.
Liability:
While we strive to provide exceptional entertainment, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of our services.
Confidentiality:
Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and will only be used to facilitate your booking and service delivery.
