Information we collect
When you contact us or make a booking, we may collect:

We usually receive this information directly from you. An event organiser may also provide relevant details about another contact person or guest.

How and why we use your information
We use your information to answer enquiries, check availability, prepare quotes, arrange entertainment, communicate about bookings and process payments or refunds.
For these activities, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing our contract with you.
We keep necessary financial records to meet our legal obligations.
We may also use relevant information to manage complaints, protect our business against fraud and establish or defend legal claims. Our lawful basis for these activities is our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business, balanced against your rights.
If you do not provide essential contact or event details, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your booking.
Who we share information with
We use Wix to host our website and collect enquiries through Wix Forms. We use Google’s Gmail service to receive and manage enquiry and booking correspondence, and Usercentrics for Wix to manage and record cookie preferences.
Where another performer delivers your booking, we share only the information needed to arrange and provide the service, such as the event location, timings, contact details and agreed preferences.
Payments are currently made by bank transfer. Our banking provider processes payment information. We do not collect payment-card details through our enquiry form.
We may also share information with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary for legal, accounting or dispute-related purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
Processing outside the UK
We use Wix to provide our website and enquiry forms, Google’s Gmail service for email correspondence, and Usercentrics for cookie consent management. These providers may store or process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Wix processes information in Israel and uses storage facilities in countries including Ireland and the United States. Google operates servers worldwide. Usercentrics states that consent records are stored in the European Union.
Depending on the provider and destination, international transfers are covered by UK adequacy arrangements, which recognise certain countries or approved frameworks as providing adequate protection, or by contractual safeguards designed to protect personal information.
Wix’s Data Processing Agreement sets out its international-transfer safeguards. Google publishes its transfer arrangements, including its participation in the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Enquiry information is retained while we handle your enquiry and any related follow-up. Booking records are retained for service administration, complaints and any relevant legal claims. Financial records are retained for the applicable tax and accounting requirements.
We review records and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. Information may be retained longer where required for an unresolved complaint, dispute or legal obligation.
Photographs and promotional use
We will ask for separate permission before taking or using identifiable photographs of you for our own promotional purposes.
Booking a service does not give us permission to use your image. You may withdraw your permission by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect use that was lawful before you withdrew consent.
Marketing
We do not currently send promotional email campaigns. Messages about your enquiry, payment or booking are service communications.
If we introduce promotional emails, we will explain how to subscribe and unsubscribe and obtain consent where required.
